AXA Assistance created Vengo to offer flexible roadside assistance to allow all drivers without roadside assistance coverage to obtain help when a breakdown occurs

Concept

  • Provides roadside assistance packages (and a new concept: on-demand roadside assistance)
  • On demand product has been tailored for individuals who prefer to pay-per-use, with an annual membership (even if not a member, an on-demand service can be requested, with a payment for the service ordered)
  • Roadside assistance requests can be made on any device that is connected to the internet (computer, tablet, smartphone…)
  • Price of the service is calculated according to the location, type of breakdown, material required and towing distance requested

  • Geolocalisation: the system uses geolocalisation to find breakdown location
  • Range of services: include towing, gas delivery, battery boost, tire change, winch and unlocking door
  • Pay as you use: the user can select the service needed and pays on a demand basis

How to use

  • Subscribe for the service through AXA
  • Download the app and register
  • For any assistance, use directly the mobile application without having to speak with an agent
  • Once the demand is processed, users receive notification with details regarding the provider and the estimated time of arrival
